Join our Analytics team as a Senior Product Owner for Analytics Engineering and shape the of building the central analytics platform that will fuel our global growth. You’ll be at the heart of our transformation, shaping the product vision for our cutting-edge Analytical Data Hub (ADH) and pioneering what comes next. This is a unique opportunity to blend your passion for product leadership with your deep understanding of data, leading the delivery of analytics capabilities that create real business value. You will be responsible for a product that is at the core of our company's strategy, consolidating all data and metrics for reporting, analytics, marketing activation, and future AI models. The ADH will be the springboard for AI deployment and conversational analytics as it helps capturing unified definitions and makes data readily available for consumption. Your role As the Senior Product Owner for Analytics Engineering, you are the strategic force behind what we build and why. You will own the product vision and roadmap for the ADH, our central hub for analytical data. The analytical data covers all the needs from our growing company: from daily sales and CRM loyalty performance, to Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Sustainability data. Your mission is to translate complex business needs into a clear, prioritized backlog that empowers our engineers to build scalable, future-proof solutions. As Senior Product Owner Analytics Engineering, you will lead the evolution of ADH as the cornerstone of our data landscape, while safeguarding the quality, stability, and reliability of the underlying data pipelines owned across the data teams. You will work across value streams to manage dependencies, align priorities with stakeholders, and tackle system and domain layer complexities originating from source systems owned by different teams. So you will: Define and drive the product vision: you will create, own, and communicate the strategic roadmap for the analytical data hub. Your vision will extend towards the future of Analytics at rituals, pioneering capabilities like conversational analytics. Own the backlog: you will manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing the strategic build of the ADH with ongoing business requests to ensure our existing and new analytics solutions deliver value. Lead through collaboration: you will be a key member of the Analytics Engineering team, working alongside another product owner, an engineering manager, and a staff engineer. Together, you will shape our strategy and build strong partnerships across the organization, collaborating closely with other data product teams, the enterprise data platform (EDP) team, and the Reporting & Analytics teams to create a cohesive and powerful analytics ecosystem. Bridge business and technology: you will act as the primary liaison between the Analytics team and key stakeholders across the business—from end-users to director-level leadership. You make the complex simple and ensure everyone is aligned. Champion product excellence: you will advocate for best practices in agile development, data governance, and product management. You will also mentor others, helping to elevate the product mindset and practices within the team and the wider department. Manage complex dependencies: you will navigate the broader data ecosystem, collaborating closely with teams like the enterprise data platform (EDP) and other data product owners to ensure seamless integration and efficient delivery.
